Shaliolte Couple haces A ShalloUc couple will facc co cainc possession chaiges when ihcir ease goes to Brunswick County Superior Court. Linda D. Hill, 35, and Raymond A. Hill, 40, were charged Dec. 27, 1990 with possession of cocaine with intent to sell and deliver and maintaining a vehiclc for the sale and delivery of cocaine. Shallottc Policc Officer G.J. Samek filed chargcs against the sus pects, who were released from the Brunswick County Jail under S5.000 bond each. In Brunswick County District Court last week, Judge D. Jack Hooks Jr. ruled probable cause exist ed for the chargcs and ordered that the couple stand trial in Superior Court. No date has been set. The warrants allege that the Hills sold to undercover officers two grams of cocainc on Dec. 21, 1990. Judges Hooks and Napoleon "Poli" Barefoot Jr. also heard the following cases in District Court last week: Frank Wayne Acker, operating a motor vehicle without financial re sponsibility, no registration for vehi cle, voluntarily dismissed, has valid registration and insurance. Carl Henry Alston, misdemeanor larceny, simple possession of Sched ule VI controlled substance, no op erator's license, consolidated judg ment, N.C.
