State Superintendent, Students To Break Ground For New School Stale Superintendent of Public Instruction Bobby Elheridge will join three local students and Brunswick County Board of Education members next week in break ing ground for Supply Elemen tary School. The ceremo ny will begin at ETHERIDGE 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 21, said Assistant Superintendent of Schools William Turner, at the 40-acre site of the new school off U.S. 17 pm Benton Road at Supply. Turner has described the school, which will serve students in grades kindergarten through five, as a "model" facility for the region. Supply Elementary School will draw its approximately 650 students from three overcrowded schools ? Shallotte Middle, Union Primary and Southport Elementary.
