Meeting Set For Youth Chorus Brunswick County citizens at tempting to organize a youth chorus will hold their 1 irst meeting Sat urday, Feb. 6, at 1 p.m. at the Bruns wick County Government Complex Assembly Building. Hospice Worksho Training for Brunswick County Hospice volunteers will be held Feb. 16 and 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Brunswick Electric Mem bership Corp. office in Shallolte. Lower Cape Fear Hospice pro vides palliative care for patients with advanced illness and a life expectan cy measured in weeks or months. Volunteers assist in a variety of ways. Trained patient care volun teers help patients and their families. Other volunteers assist with office and clerical work, public relations, fund raising and board and commit tee work. Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Best of Lcland, the bride was escort ed by her father and given in mar riage by her parents. The groom is the soil of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wright of Lowell, Arkansas. The Rev. V.C. Poller Jr. per formed the ceremony. Music was presented by Donna Long, pianist, and the Rev. and Mrs. Rory Thig pen, vocal isLs. The bride's dress was fashioned by the groom's mother, Bobbie Wright. The dress was styled with a fitted peau de soie bodice and satin full skin. The coat was made of Italian lace and featured a scalloped hem, neckline and sleeves accented with seed pearls and sequins. Her hat was lined with satin and covered with Italian lace ending with a fingertip veil of illusion. She carried a cascade of white flowers with satin streamers. The bride chose her sister, Reb ecca B. Falor of Boiling Spring Lakes, as matron of honor. Her tea length gown in winter fuchsia fea tured a lace jacket with sequins over a chiffon skirt. She carried a nose gay of fuchsia mixed flowers. Honorary bridesmaids were Kahy Hamilton of Raleigh, Beth Hardison of Newport News. Va., Yolanda B. King of Clovis, N.M., and Amy Yount of Bolivia. The bridegroom's father, Charles B. Wright, served as best man. Ush ers were Kent Best, cousin of the bride, of Goldsboro, and Mitch Lan ier of Leland. The bride is a graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S. de gree in physical education. The groom is a graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S. degree in business and management inlorma lion systems and is employed at Durham Tech Community College in Durham. The couple will reside in Hills borough.
