From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the conference room, staff nurses will administer diabetes risk tests. The test is a questionnaire which assists individuals in deter mining if they are at risk of becom ing diabetic. Individuals with diabetes are also at high risk for heart and kidney disease, stroke, blindness and amputation.
