Saturday afternoon, hurricane-strength winds picked up the 24-foot vessel, which was parked on and strapped to the trailer, and turned both boat and trailer upside down. Batten purchased the boat a few months ago and was working to get it ready to launch. He is shown removing a side panel which was crushed when the boat was overturned.
