The ship is participating in Oper ation "Deny Right," a NATO opera tion in which allied forces arc en forcing a United Nations "no fly" zone over Bosnia and Herzegovina. F/A-18 Hornets and F-14 Tom cats from his ship are flying in sup port of U.N. resolutions to protect citizens in the former Yugoslavia. The operations includes ships and aircraft from the U.S. Sixth Fleet along with aircraft from France and the Netherlands. Hills, a 1983 graduate of Herkim er (N.Y.)
