Miles Edward "Eddie" Ingram,
54, of Calabash, died April 28 in
New Hanover Regional Medical
Center, Wilmington.
A memorial service was held
April 30 at Brunswick Funeral Ser
vice, Shallolte.
Bom Dec. 15, 1938, in Mccklen
burg County, he was a son of Will
iam Frank Ingram of Charlotte and
the late Vernie Hcdrick. He was em
ployed with Kimball's Furniture in
Shallot te.

lotte; two daughters, Leinani Ingram

Baxter Morion, 75, of the Wam
pce commpunty of Longs, S.C., died
April 23 in St Eugene Community
Hospital, Dillon, S.C., following an
illness. He was a retired sawmill op
erator.
The f uneral was May 25 at Pleas
ant Plain Baptist Church, with burial
in North Myrtle Beach Memorial
Gardens. The Rev. Mack Hutson,
pastor, officiated.
Mr. Morton was bom May 20,
1917, in Albemarle, the son of the
late Hey wood S. and Bessie Maude
Hudson Morton. He was a member
of Pleasant Plain Baptist Church in
Brooksville, S.C.
Survivors include his wife. Ruby
Jenkins Morton of Longs, S.C.; six
daughters, Frankie Prince of Sumter,
S.C., Brenda Lewis of Charleston,
S.C., Judy Faircloth and Phyllis
Morton, both of Longs. Kay Vaught
of Loris, S.C., and Penny Howell of
Alexandria, Ind.; a brother, Roy
Morton of Longs; a sister, Evelyn
Thompson of Southport; nine grand
children; and eight great-grandchil
dren.

The funeral was May 3 at Har
mony Baptist Church, with the Rev.

37, of Supply died April 30 at her
home.

2 at Dixon Chapel United Methodist
Church Cemetery, Vamamtown. The
Rev. Tracie Vamum and the Rev.
Maurice Lancaster officiated.
She was bom in Brunswick
County on July 19, 1955, the daugh
ter of Harry Lcgwin and Esther
Williams Vamam of Supply. She
was a member of Dixon Chapel Un
ited Methodist Church, where she
was active in numerous programs.
She was employed at the U.S. Ar
my's Sunny Point Military Ocean
Terminal at Southport as a security
clerk for 20 years.
Survivors in addition to her par
ents include her husband, James Earl
Caudill of the home; two sons,
James Eric Caudill and Jesse Lee
Caudill, both of the home; a brother,

Cathy Jo Stanley, 33, of Shallottc,
died April 28 at Duke University
Medical Center in Durham.
The funeral was May 3 at Ml Zion
Baptist Church, Longwood, where
the Rev. M.C. Herring is pastor.
Burial was in the church cemetery.
Survivors include her parents,
Jason and Bessie S. Daniels; her
husband, Charles Edward Stanley;
three children, Carla Daniels, Shan
dell Daniels and Clint Daniels; two
sisters, Betty Boykin and Doris
Daniels; and two brothers, Swindell
Daniels and James Daniels.

Lillic Mac Bryant of Supply died
April 29.
The funeral was May 4 at Big
Macedonia Baptist Church, Supply,
with the the Rev. Lawrence Keel,
pastor, officiating. Burial was in
Galloway Cemetery, Supply.
She was the wife of Herman
Bryant. Other survivors include two
sons, Herman Bryant and William
Bryant; a daughter, Irene Bryant; a
brother, James Smith; and two sis
ters, Florence Chapman and Lillian
Morris.
ERNEST MEISIEK
Ernest Mcisiek, 91, of Supply,
died May 3 in Liberty Commons,
Wilmington. He was a retired nurs
eryman and florist.
The funeral was to be held May
15 in New Brunswick, NJ.
Bom in Hanover, Germany, on
Oct. 5, 1901, he was a son of the late
Ernest and Ema Bosenberg Mcisiek.
He was the husband of the late
Mathide Heimbcrg Mcisiek. He was
a member of Shallotte Presbyterian
Church.
Survivors include three daughters,
Ruth M. Shclton of Supply, Mari
anna Brumbaugh of Cleveland,
Ohio, and Elizabeth Tull of Franklin
Park, NJ.; eight grandchildren; and
13 great-grandchildren.
