Mary Etta Hewett, Town Clerk Town of Shallotte PUBLIC HEARING The Brunswick County Board of Commissioners shall conduct a Public Hearing on December 20, 1993 at 6:00 p.m. in the Com missioners' Chambers at the County Government Center to re ceive input on the following proposed amendments to the Bruns wick County Zoning Ordinance and Partial Development Code: 1 . Zoning Map Sheet 43 is hereby changed so that the eastern two hundred feet of tax parcel identifier 21 6000043 is C-LD, Com mercial Low Density Zoning District rather than the former R 7500, Low Density Residential Zoning District, being the north west corner of the intersection of Stone Chimney Road S.W. and Stanley Road S.W. 2. Zoning Map Sheet 111 is hereby changed so that tax parcel identifier number 11101303 id C-LD, Commercial Low Density Zoning District, rather than RU, Rural, a mixed use Zoning Dis trict. This is a 32 acre parcel lying on both sides of Ocean High way East, approximately 2000' south of its intersection with Bell Swamp Connection Road N.E. 3. Zoning Map Sheet 213 is changed by Robin's Roost Sub division, as recorded in plat book Y, page 35, being in the R-6000, Medium Density Residential Zoning District, rather than R-7500, Low Dens'ty Residential Zoning District. This subdivision is con tiguous on the east to Lakewood Estates Subdivision, and acces sible only by Nesting Lane S.W. in that subdivision. 4. Zoning Map Sheet 232 is changed so that tax parcel identifier number 232HB001 and 232HB00202, said lands containing the Ocean Aire Camp World recreational vehicle park, is zoned in its entirely in the C-LD, Commercial Low Density Zoning District, rather than a small portion on the eastern end being in the R 6000, Medium Density Residential Zoning District. 5. Zoning Map Sheet 182 is changed so that tract recorded in Deed Book 952, Page 233, is zoned in its entirety as C-LD, Com mercial Low Density Zoning District, rather than partly as R-7500, Low Density Residential District, said parcel previously having been recorded as Lots 1 and 2 plus a street, Sherrow Estates, Map Book 1 1 , page 78.
