Federation of Women's Clubs state student arts festival. The state festival will be held March 26 in Winston-Salem, said Kathy Ross, a member of the Shallotte Junior Woman's Club. The 11 students were among 16 top finishers in the Shallotte Junior Woman's Club j*rt tw.tivnl and scholarship competition held Feb. 7 at West Brunswick High School. Students from Wac camaw Elementary, Shallotte Middle and West Brunswick High schools participated. Earning first place in local and district compe tition in literature were Tiffany Skaggs.
