Sign Up Now For Master Food Preserver Training Anyone with an interest in food conservation who likes to share in formation with others is a prime candidate for Master Food Preserver volunteer. To become a Master Food Pre server requires attending a series of seven classes offered through the Brunswick County Cooperative Ex tension Service office. Classes will meet on Tuesdays, March 15 through April 26, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the extension office. A certification test will be given at the end of the scries. Classes will cover all aspects of food preservation with "hands on" experience and research-based infor mation. Topics include conserving low acid foods, high acid foods.
