She is survived by a son, James "Siggy" ward of North Myrtle Beach, S.C.; a daughter. Peggy Kellough of Columbus, Ohio; a brother, Jerome Jenrette of Hick mans Crossroads; a sister, Edith Hickman of Hickmans Crossroads; and four grandchildren. The eldest of nine children and a Transylvania County native, she was a daughter of the late Wesley C. and Martha Bracken McCall. She was preceded in death by her husband. Joseph H. Tinsley, who died in 1984, and a daughter, Irene Tinsley Knight. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Alice Allen of Brevard; four grandchildren including Martha Jo ilall of Shallotte Point, and five great-grandchildren, including R. Forest Hall IV of Ocean Isle Beach. The funeral was held April 1 at First Baptist Church of Brevard. WALTER S. BLIZARD Walter Stanley Wizard. XO, a resi dent of Autumn Care of Shallotte, died March 29. Born Dec. 6. 1913, in Philadelph ia, Pa., he was a son of the late John Walter Frederick and Elizabeth Ellwanger Blizard. Before retiring, he was the vice president of Tension Envelope Co. Survivors include two daughters, Carol Saylor of Roslyn, Pa., and Elizabeth Clayton of Dresher, Pa.; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. A private funeral was held.
