Gaskins said David Wayne Brown, 35, of Shallotte. has been charged with a felony in connection with a check written last August at Shallotte LuiTlbcf Co. Suspect Charged Shallotte Police also have arrested a local man suspected of stealing fishing reels and portable drills from Shallotte Electric on April 19. Ulysses Harrington, 44, of Cedar Grove, was arrested last Wednesday and chargcd with possession of stolen property, Gaskins said. Gaskins said a sccond arrest war rant in the ease has been drawn hut had not been issued as of Tuesday afternoon.
