The Thalian Association commu
nity theatre is seeking directors,
choreographers, music directors and
designers for its 1994-95 production
Plays to be staged are "Gypsy,"
"The Fantasticks," "Biloxi Blues,"
"My Name is Alice" and "Best
Little Whorehouse in Texas."
Second Stage series plays include
"Night Mother," "The Dining
Room" and "Burn This."

The Brunswick Buddies program
will hold volunteer training June IS

'50s Grads To Participate
In Shallotte High Reunion
A multi -class reunion of Shallotte
High School graduates from 1953
through 1957 is planned July 2 at
Sea Trail Plantation's Pavilion.
Class members who haven't re
ceived an invitation or haven't re
turned registrations need to do so
right away, said JoAnn Simmons.
The invitation is also being ex
tended to include anyone who grad
uated from Shallotte High School
during the 1950s.
"It's going to be a big class re
union this time," said Simmons. "A
lot of people who graduated in those
years have expressed an interest in
attending, so we've invited them."
The reunion will begin at 5 p.m.,
with dinner at 7 p.m. A pigpicking
and dancing to jukebox music are
among the planned activities.
