ordered to pay court costs and to
turn over $345 to the Brunswick
County Sheriff's Department Alc
ohol Law Enforcement Fund after
the plea in district court Wednesday.

Judge David Wall presided over
three days of district court in Bolivia
last week. Assistant district attor
neys Lee Bollinger, Rkk Green and
Lillian Salcines prosecuted, while
Marie Jordan served as courtroom
clerk.
