The suspect left the store on N.C. 211 driving a light green Chevrolet auto mobile. Correction Last week's crime report incor rectly reported that Earlie Junior Tharp, 45, of Pea Landing Road. Shallotte was arrested June 10 on a charge of felonious possession of stolen goods. Court records indicate that a war rant was issued for Tharp 's arrest June 10. However, the paper was not served until June 20, when he was formally charged with the of fense. The Beacon regrets the error.
