The two were married Sept. 1 in nearby Rockledge, Fla., then spent a week in Orlando. The daughter of former Brunswick County Schools administrator Mose Lewis, she H'as a local assistant dis trict attorney before being appointed in 1993 to become the young est district court judge in North Carolina. Judge Bray presides in Brunswick, Bladen and Columbus. Her husband is a first lieu tenant serving with the US. Army 35th Signal Brigade at Ft. Bragg. He was deployed with his unit Sept. 12 on what was termed a " training mission." The couple will maintain residences in Brunswick and Cumberland counties. Martin- Jinwright Vows Spoken At Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church jean Ann Martin of Shallotte and William Macio Jinwright of Win nabow were united in marriage Sat urday, Aug. 6, in a 3 p.m. double ring ceremony at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Presiding over the ceremony was the Rev. Vaughn Cherry of Halls boro. The bride is the daughter of the late Gordon Lee Martin Sr. and Car lene Hill Martin. She holds associate degrees in business administration, administrative office technology and general office technology from Brunswick Community College. She is employed as a teachers' assistant and bus driver for the Brunswick County Schools. The bridegroom's parents arc Mr. and Mrs. James Augustus Jinwright of Winnabow. He attended Liberty University at Lynchburg, Va., and is employed by BE&K Engineering and Construction Company of Birmingham, Ala. The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Gordon Lee Martin Jr. of Shallotte. She wore a formal gown of ivory bridal satin with a low V-neckline and leg-of-mutton sleeves. Appliques of sequins and ivory pearls embellished the gown with long cathedral train, which fea tured a wide satin bow and three tiers of beads draped over the back. She carried a bouquet of orchids with stephanotis and ivy. Maid of honor was Brenda M. Jackson, sister of the bride, of Sav annah, Ga. Matron of honor was La fonta McNeil, sister of the groom, of Winnabow. Bridesmaids were Fre dia Robinson of Shallotte, Michele Pigott of Bolivia and Gladys Martin of Shallotte. They wore straight purple dresses with low-cut necklines, pleated and padded shoulders, fitted waistlines and splits in the back. They carried purple carnations with ivy and white and purple streamers. Ralph Jinwright, brother of the groom, of Wilmington served as best man. Groomsmen were Donald Jinwright of Wilmington, Jimmy Jinwright of Wilmington, Charles Hill of Shallotte and Charles Warnett of Southport. Flower girls were daughters of the groom and bride. Tiffany Jinwright, Nicolc Martin and Lionese Martin, and Deandra Martin, niecc of the bride, all of Shallotte. Junior bridesmaids were Latonya Martin, daughter of the bride, and Giacia Simmons, niecc of the groom. All wore white dresses with matching shoes. Junior ushers were Brian Martin, nephew of the bride, and Ccdric Simmons, nephew of the groom. Ringbearer was Marcus Jackson, nephew of the bride, of Savannah, Ga., and junior bride was Jacquellc Taylor, niece of the bride and groom, of Shallotte.
