The double-ring ceremony was per formed by the Rev. Bill Shourds. The bride is the daughter of Donald de Silva of St. Augustine, Fla., and the late Virginia Chinn de Silva. The groom is the son of Jeane L. Hayes of Madison, N.J., and the late Thomas R. Hayes Sr. Following a Smoky Mountain honeymoon, the couple will reside in Ocean Isle Beach.
