Workshop Set
The Brunswick County Literacy
Council will conduct a tutor training
workshop on Friday, Jan. 6, from 6
9:30 p.m. and continuing on Sunday,
Jan. 7, 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
The 10-hour workshop familiar
izes participants with the Laubach
Way to Reading, a phonics-based
method of teaching reading.
Rich Dixon will teach the work
shop at the Literacy Council office
in Supply.
