Five Charged With DWI In Campaign's 3rd Week Five people were charged with driving while impaired at one Brunswick County "Booze It & Lose It" checkpoint during the pro gram's third week, Nov. 28 through Dec. 4. In addition, six were charged at the chcckpoint with scat belt viola tions and 94 with speeding. Four re ceived citations for driving with re voked license, and 22 with driving without operators' licenses.
