Defendant Hears Terms Of Suspended Sentence, Opts For Jail
After hearing the terms of his sus

a charge of marijuana possession
last week.
Dallas Rcycc Sellers, !7, of Sup
ply Street was charged with felo

In a plea bargain between prose

to a misdemeanor possession charge.
Sellers was sentenced to 10 days
in jail, suspended on the condition
that he perform 24 hours of commu
nity service and pay $150 for his
