Church met Monday evening at the
church. Mrs. Mark Gregory presided.
The meeting was opened with a hymn
"Take Time to Be Holy." The Lord's
Prayer in unison was repeated.

Business was discussed, prayer by
Miss Mamie Stalling.
The Scripture lesson was given by
Mrs. Matt Mathews, and prayer by
Mrs. Tom Madre. An interesting
reading, "What War Has Done to
Christian Missions" by Miss Mamie
Stallings, a reading by Mrs. Tom
Perry, "Open Doors Around the
World."
The meeting was closed by a prayer
by Mrs. J. E. Everett.
Ice cream and cake was served by
Mrs. Z. A. Harris, the hostess.

Myrtle Whedbee were joint hostesses
to a number of their young friends at
a Hallowe'en party at the home of
Miss Ayscue. Hallowe'en games were
played and all enjoyed a very gay and
hilarious evening.
