Council tiaye passed resolutions recommend ing lhat the Farm , Census be rein states on a annual basis rather than n the S-rear basis as it now stands....:;- '':';.:;'('. Each resolutian cites the need for Annual Count statistics during this period ,when additional crops are ccrmidg under quotas and rapid chafes are being oiade in the pat tern jpf agriculture. , Agricultural and urban leaders throughout the State have expressed sincere and keea interests in seeing the return of the Farm Census to , the annual basis. Prior to action by the 1947 Legislature the Farm Cen sus was taken annually, beginning in 1918 and ending in 1948. t BUNCH-LA YDEN , Mrs. W. C. Bunch, Mrs. Harold Dudugjian and Mrs. J. R. Blanchard entertained at a bridal shower on February 16 at 7:30 P. M., honoring Mr. and Mrs. Roy Bunch at the honte of Mrs. J. R. Blanchard near Hobbs ville. Many games and contests were played and enjoyed, with- prizes giv en, which were graciously presented the bride. The hostesses served a' plate con sisting of salted nuts,, candy mints, ice cream and cookies. The honorees received many lovely and useful gifts which were acknowl edged. , ' .
