Hall meet. Mr. Flannegan then went into the election of officers, when Fete Hall of Williamston was elected president. W. J; Yates was elected vice-presl dent and Miller Warren of Plymouth, secretary. , - At roll call practically every town in the association - was represented. In respect to the fire chief of Warsaw, who lost his life end three, firemen who were seriously injured while gol mg - to a fire, the entire 'assembly bowed in a moment, of silent prayer. .- Two towns became hew members of the association, these being Hertford and Aurora. , ' . - Before the meeting adjourned it was decided to hold the next meeting in Elizabeth City the sceond Tuesday in April. A tempting cold plate was. served by members of the Edenton Fire De partment and the meeting closed with a rising vote of thanks to the Edenton firemen for their hospitality and being such delightful hosts.
