Woodland Circle last Saturday afternoon at about : one o'clock. The death was investigated by Sheriff M, G. Owens, who called County Coroner Dr. C A. Davenport. The Coroner reported death waa due 'to complica tions. . - '1 He was a native of Perquimans Coun ty and a member of the - Anderson Methodist Church. . ' . Surviving: are his wife, Mia. Mora Rogerson; two sons, Joseph Rogerson of Hertford and Raymond Rogerson, Jr., in 'the U. S. Army, and an adopt ed son, James E. Perry of Hertford; a daughter Mrs.- Alton '-Stallings of Hertford; a brother, D. J. Rogerson; two sisters, Mrs. J. H Haskett of Edenton and Mrj. Kate Elliott of Norfolk. Eight grandchildren also survive. . ' ' The body remained at the Williford Funeral Home until 10 o'clock Mon day morning, when it was conveyed to it he Anderson Church, iwthere services were held at 3 o'clock with the pastor, the Rev.
