The bride was attired in a walty blue crepe dress fashioned with a fit ted bodice, long sleeves, off-shouldered neckline and full skirt with gray ac cessories. She carried a white prayer book topped with white orchids show ered with stephanotis and satin streamers. Mrs, Franklin Williams of Elizabeth City was her sister's matron of honor.
