Turner,, farm manage ment specialist of the State office, discussed the family-type farm and the less than family-type farm. He pointed out . that the family-type farm is becoming larger and that the FHA now has authority to as .sist family-type operators with a full-time hired hand. Mr. Turner also pointed out ths.t the agency soil apd watey conservation loan and the farm housing loan can be mads to pperators .of larger, than familyrtype farms while the farm ownership and operating loans are limited to family-type or less than family-type operators. . Loan purposes loan limitations and refinancing of debts was. also discussed Sky MrTurner.
