The party was held at the community building. The re freshment table was covered with a lace cloth and centered with- an arrangement of white chrysanthemums on a base of fern over a heart of red velvet and net. ' The color scheme of red and white was used through out the building. The honoree was presented a corsage of white chrysanthemums and many lovely and v useful gifts. An umbrella covered with ruffles of white crepe paper and streamers of whit and satin and red hearts hung above the gift table. Miss Rachel Winslow, sister of the bride-elect, poured punch.
