The' . routes . outlined by Edwards would follow shorebnes, but do not have ' developed recreation areas 'at- terminal points. How ever, Edwards has long contended that the Perqui mans River has tremen dous potential for a beach and boating area. , Edwards and other mem bers of the Chamber of Commerce, will tour the river Thursday afternoon with Col. R. J. B. Page of the Department -of -Water Resources. The tour along the river will be to locate obstruc tions in the water and to .determine how they can best be removed.
