Ward of Hobbs ville. , The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Willie H. Bunch of Eden ton. Miss Florette Byrum, or ganist, and her father, Isaac Byrum, Jr., provided the wedding music. The bride was given in marriage toy her father. She wore a traditional wed ding gown of white satin. The empire bodice, button ed up the back with self fovered ' buttons, was adorned with a pearl em broidered Alencan lace. A banding of the same lace complemented the : A-line skirt and detachable train. Her veil ; was a full length mantilla of English illusion- edged in Alencon lace and falling from & cluster of lace and pearls. She carried a . white Bible centered : with a white or chid arrangement. The matron of honor was Mrs. Billy Stallings, sister of the bridegroom. She wore a dress of blue peau de soie trimmed in blue satin with an . empire waist, scalloped neckline and bell-shaped sleeves. Her headpiece was a sat ing toow and veil pf match ing color, and she carried an arrangement , of pink roses. The bridesmaids were Mrs. Dennis Spivey, Mrs. Betty Jo Elliott, Mrs." Char lie Fowler and Miss Mar cella Ward. Each wore gowns identical to, the honor attendant and car-' lied a long stemmed pink rose. ;ine honorary bridesmaids were Mrs. James Morgan, Mrs. Calvin Parrish, Mrs. Robert DeSoto, Mrs. Rich ard E. Stallings, Miss Lin da Forehand, Miss Brenda Hugo, Miss Gloria White and Miss Linda Cheryl Monds. . Each carried a long stemmed white -carnation. The flower girl was Miss Terry Elliott, cousin of the bride. She wore a blue dress ' identical to those of the bridesmaids. The mother of the bride chose a blue crepe dress accented with a ribbon lace Overblause, with 1 matching accessories, and a corsage of white royal bouquet or chids. ' ' "" , - The bridegroom's mother wore a pink silk dress with lace trim and matching ac cessories. ' She also wore a corsage -a of . white royal bouquet orchids. . Mrs. Roger Spivey serv ed as mistress of ceremon ies. t Following the ceremony, the bride's parents enter tained at a reception in the church social hall. The hall was decorated in a ) white and green motif, and ; the serving table was cov ered with a lovely, white outwork cloth and was cen tered with an arrange ment of white mixed flow ers and silver candelabra. The six tier wedding cake was cut and served by Mrs. Joe Webb, Jr., and Mrs. Charlie Thomas Rogerson, Jr. and presided at the 'punch bowL : For their wedding trip to Florida, the bride chose a white dress- trimmed - in brown with- . brown and -white accessories.
