Motts performed the double ring ceremony in a can dlelight setting of white gladioli, mums and pompoms. The wedding music was presented by Mrs. C. T. Man sfield, pianist, and Mr. Billy Elliott, soloist. v The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Wilbur Roberson of Hertford. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Varden Kretzer of Sarasota, Fla. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a full length gown of white lace over taffeta with a roll collar and long pointed sleeves. The A-line gown was high-lighted with a lace train falling from the shoulders. She wore a ballerina veil of lace and seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of American red roses and white carnations. The meeting was called to order by the vice president, Wallace Ownley. The pledges to the flags were given. Devotion was given by Linda Ownley. The minutes were read and the roll called by the secretary, Susan Banks. There were several items discussed during the business session, Including the annual chicken barbecue dinner and camp. A demonstration on livestock was presented. Every member participated in this. The duties for the next meeting were given to the members. Refreshments were served and recreation followed. Vickie Godfrey Reporter Helen Gaither Club Meets The Helen -Gartner Homemakers Club met February 19 at the County Office Building at 6:30 p.m. for a covered dish supper. Families were invited.
