Baker, Deceased June 10,17,24 July 1-c Lucius Blanchard Dies In Ahoskie T.npius Rlna''hnr author of a political-Humor column published in a Hertford County newspaper, died Monday at tne age of 57. Blanchard, a native of Perquimans County, wrote a column twice weekly for the Hertford County Herald. He was the husband of Mrs. Ruth Davenport Blanchard and a son of Mrs. Maude Sutton Blanchard of Elizabeth City and the late Lucius Blanchard. He was a member of United Methodist Church. Other survivors include three sons, Capt. Lucius Blanchard Jr., stationed in Chu Lai, Vietnam. Warren M. Blanchard of Suitland, Md. and William F. Blanchard of Ahoskie; a daughter, Mrs. Katherine Dilday of Ahoskie and three brothers, Wallace Blanchard of Burlington, Vt., Sidney Blan chard of Hertford and Beverly Blanchard of Elizabeth City. Funeral services were held at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Garrett Funeral Home with the Rev. T. T. Markham Jr. officiating. Former Winfall Resident Dies In Norfolk Mrs. Mary Morgan Reilly, 57, died in a hospital Friday. A native of Perquimans County. She was a daughter of William Fowler and Mrs. Neva Osborne Morgan and the wife of Ernest C. Reilly. She was a member of Colonial Heights Church of Christ, Virginia Nurses Association and American ..'
