Don 't Make Statistics
With school out for the Summer, kids
walking, running, playing and riding bikes on
and near our streets and highways, are all po
tential accident victims. One second of care
lessness can result in months or years of pain
and grief.
We urge everyone who drives an automo
bile to be extra cautious and alert for playing
children at this season. Don't be in a hurry,
particularly when driving in residential neigh
borhoods. You may be glad you didn't.
Slow down and remember - we want our
kids to be kids . . . not statistics.
