Attends Session On Tuesday and Wednesday, March 18-19, Pat Harrell, assistant superintendent of Perquimans Schools, atteneded a training session tor certificate evaluation of teachers of gifted students held in Kinston, N.C. The purpose of the session was to provide training for identified local school personnel to assist them in evaluation competencies of teachers of gifted students in the local schools. No person attending the session evaluated teachers in their own school system. Dr. Dorothy Cisk, a nationally recognized authority on teachers of gifted students, conducted the session.
