Editor Senior Club Program Dealt With Education When members of the Senior Woman's CJub met last Friday evening, Mrs. W. R. Craig, chairman of the education department, presented a timely program having as its theme, "Do You Want To Cheat A Child?" Mrs. W. T. Weir gave the pressing needs of thepresem educational system, pointing out some things badly needed locally. After the program, the yearbook committee gave out the new year books whfch has one page in tribute to the late Mrs. E. A. Shenk. Mrs. John Mc<5iII, general chairman of the Floral Fair, called on each department chairman to give plans for the promotion of the Fair which will be an event of next month. A lively open forum discussion was led by Miss Doris Jolly who used a poster made in the M. Y. F. workshop as a center of interest. Following the business session, the hostess served ice cream, cake and punch and afterwards the young people went to the church to see the picture, 'Voice In The Wilderness." A number of interesting games were directed by Mrs. J. W. Macedonia WMS Met At Herndon Home The Women's- Missionary Society of Macedonia Baptist church met this month at the home of Mrs. Carl Herndon and at this time the following officers were elected for the coming year: President, Mrs. C. B. Bobbin; Vice-President,. Mrs. J. E. Dover; Secretary, Mrs. O. T. Gunnells; Stewardship chairman, Mrs. Jesse Jenkins.
