Funeral services will be held Sun
day at 2 p. m. at Trinity Methodist
church for Jerther Adams, 31, who
died Tuesday in Shelby hospital.
Rev. E. L. Goode, pastor, will offici
ate and burial will be in the church
cemetery.
He lived near Superior Stone com
pany and was a Mason, mfember of
York rite lodge. He was a member
of Trinity church and had lived here
nearly all Ms life. Hfe was a son of
Robert and Sara Crawford Adams.

iene, a daughter, Dathne Louise,
four sons, Thomas, Eddie, Roscer
and Hugh Jeffrey, his mother, ahd

600 Chicks Lost
In Fire Sunday
Around 600 seven - weeks ? old
chicks were lost when fire destroy
ed a building early Sunday morning
at Ward Feed A Seed Store test farm
located near Dixon school, according
to an announcement by Hal Ward,
manager of the firm.
The loss was partly covered by in
surance. Other chicks located in near
by buildings were saved when the
file was caecked, he said.
More than three million farms ?
