Rev. J. W. Suttle, pastor of the church officiated, assisted by Rev. P. c. Cobb of Mountain View Baptist church, Rev. Roy Walker of Mt. Zion Buptlst .church, Rev. Q. B. Williams of Buffalo Baptist church, and Rev. Buddy Williams of Midvlew Baptist church. Interment was in the church cemetery. ; Mr.. Williams died at the home of his brother, Lester Willams in Shelby at 8 a m. Sunday. He had been in ill health a'bout nine months. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Veola Blanton Williams; a daughter, Helen; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Williams; five brothers, Lawrence, Lester, Wil lie. Charles, and Avery Williams, all of Shejby, and four sisters. Miss Ruth Williams, Mrs. Mack Camp. Miss Mary Lee Williams, and Miss Betty Sue Williams, all from projects and picnics on the grounds. Mr. and Mr*. J. W. Gantt were surprised Sunday with a birth day dinner at their home.
