daughter move in. They hope to

Fourth quarterly conference
was held Sunday at' 3 p. m. at

crowd was present.
Friday night at Bethware high
school the senior class sponsored
an all night singing. There were
four quartets present and the
group enjoyed some good singing.
Mr. and Mrs. T. Hv Pheagin
were honored Sunday at their
home here by their children,
grandchildren and other relatives
when they met at their home and
celebrated their birthdays with a
picnic lunch.
Mrs. Dale Volbracht spent last
week in Raleigh attending the
Home Economic short course
held there.
Saturday night at 7:30 p. m.
'The Golden Link" Sundaiy
School class of El-Bethel met at
the home of Mrs. Frank Goforth
and enjoyed a social hour. Those
with birthdays were honored with
a gift. Games and contests were
enjoyed after which refreshments
were served.
