Masterpoint Bridge Winners At Thursday Game Bridge winners in the club ? Championship masterpoint game played at Kings Mountain Coun try clyb last Thursday evening were announced today by Mrs. i C. E. Warlick. The game, which was played at thirteen tables in the club, was directed by J. A. Postell of Char lotte. First place winners were Mrs. Harry Falls and Dr. A. C. Cur rant, Jr., of Gastonia, and Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Page of Char lotte.' North-South winners in bridge were ? Second, Mrs. William iBowen and J. P. Earle of Spar tanburg, S C.; third, Mrs. Phil Jackson and Mrs. Mark Green of Gastonia; and fourth, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Davis of Kings Moun tain. East-West winners were W. R. Craig, Jr., and C. E. Warlick with Mr. and Mrs. George Houser who tied for second and third place. Fourth place winners were Miss Ann Zachery and J. A. Costell of Charlotte. Following the game refresh ments were served. Games were played on the Go forth's back lawn, and Hallowe' en whistles with miniature hats ments consisting of orange iced were given as prizes. Refresh cup cakes decorated in Hallowe' en design and Dixie cups with punch were served on the back porch which was decorated with colored balloons. Twenty-two guests with their mothers attended the party. Gifts were presented and opened for display.
