Members of the Kings Moun
tain Lions club are continuing
this weekend their annual
Broom Sale for the benefit of the
blind.
Hie Lions are offering for sale
brooms, at $1.50, and rubber
doormats, at $2.50, both items
manufactured by blind persons
at Greensboro.
Proceeds are used by the Lions
here to further their work in
sight conservation, including
purchase of glasses for the indi
gent and aid to totally blind
persons as well.

sale, said results the first week
end seUing were quite good.
"However, we still have a big
inventory and we want to sell
everything we have on hand,"
