limiting period dates from the
date released from active duty,
though the discharge from the
servicte may be 5 years or more
later.

80 young 4-H members left for
4-H Camp at Rockingham to
spend this week. Those making
the trip from Sethware are:

Bobby Short, and Gilbert Patter
son. They were accompanied by
the County 4-H leaders and will
return to Shelby Saturday.
Last Saturday night, the la
dies of El -Bethel church gave a
shower for their pastor's wife,
Mrs. Rose Huffstetlen. A large
crowd attended and the games
were directed by Mrs. Hilda Hea
vener and Mrs. Leonard Gamble.
During the social hour the
guests were served sandwiches,
cookies, pickles, potato chips
and grape juice. Mrs. Huffstetler
was presented with a shower of
