Kings Mountain, were married Sunday at 12 o'clock noon in a simple ceremony in New Buffalo Baptist church. Rev. N. S. Hardin, pastor of the church, heard the couple pledge the vow's of the double ring service. White gladioli, fern and lighted taper*, provided back ground decoration. A program of jiano music was presented prior to and during the exchange of vows. The bride, who entered the | church with ? the 'groom, wore a white winter faille dress with white accessories. Shfe carried a white Bible topped with a white orchid. Ushers were Donald Ellis, of Kings Mountain, and Donald Mc Glnnis, of Shelby. { Mrs. McGlnnis, the bride's mo I ther, wore a pink suit with match t Ing accessories. The groom's mo J ther worte 6 grey two-piece suit i with black accessories. Each of the mothers wore a shoulder cor sage of white carnations. The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Edwin McGlnnis of Grover, is a student at GroVer high school. Mr. Tucker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Walter Tuc ker, was graduated from Grover high school in 1954 and is employ lij ed at the local Dixie Home Store. Gastonia Couple Honored At Wedding Breakfast Here Miss Ruth Torrfcnce and Mrs. Worth Kiser, both of Gastonia, entertained Saturday at Kings Mountain Woman's club at a wed ding breakfast honoring Mrs. Bertha Whitesides and Hugo Hegemann, whose wedding took place Saturday at Gastonla's Pis gah ARP church. Mrs. Whitesides has held a po. sition with the home demonstra tion program in Gaston county for the past 12 years. The refreshment table, covered with a white damask cloth, held an arrangement .of frosted grap es, white wedding btells, ever greens, and white tapers.
