Mr, and Mrs. Gerald Eaker left Friday to spend two weeks with Mrs. Winford Walker and chil dren in Alexandx'ia, Louisiana. .Mr. Walker is in Vietnam. Mr. and Mrs. Horace MeSwain visited Mrs. Elva MeSwain last weekend. Mr. and Mi's. Frank Ware visited Mr. John B. Ware at Oteen Army hospital Sunday-.' Mr. and Mrs Charlie MeSwain and Wayne spent Monday visit ing in Mooresboro, N. C. Douglas MeSwain accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Dobbins to Myrtle Beach, S. C. for the week end. Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Stone, Jr. and children and Karen Ware spent several days last week at Charliaston, S. C. Mrs. John B Ware had sur gery last week at Cleveland Me morial hospital. She is doing nicely. Mr. and Mrs. Oran White of Charlotte spent Sunday night with Mr. and Mrs, Clarence Blanton. Everett Blanton who is stationed in the Air Force in California v'isited the Blantons last week. Miss Elaine Gibbons of Char lotte spent the weekend with her parents.
