SECTION C ?hts Bred )bile -J ® NATtONAL \IAAXEWEB(*JANimri9n2$ A PROCLAMATION WHEREAS, the civic bodies and service organizations of our community and the departments of the local government recognize the service rendered to this community by the Kings Mountain Jaycees, and WHEREAS, The United States Jaycees and its affiliated state and local organizations have set aside the week of January 19-26, 1969, to observe the found ing of the Jaycees and have commemorated such founding by the selection of an outstanding young man in this community as the recipient of the Dis tinguished Service Award on January 21,1969, and WHEREAS, this organization of young men has con tributed materially to the betterment of this com munity throughout the year, THEREFORE, I John Henry Moss, Mayor of the City of Kings Mountain, do hereby proclaim the week of January 19-26, 1969, as JAYCEE WEEK and urge all citizens of our community to give full consider ation to the future services of the Kings Mountain Jaycees.
