The motion was made by Com
missioner Jonas Bridges and sec-

Along with the title, Miss Ross,
daughter of Mrs. Elijah Ross and
the late Mr. Ross, received a bou
quet of red roses and a trophy.
Siie won the tahmt cximpeti-
tion with two pi<ano pieces. She
playi'd "Humoresque” by Raoh-
i/Anianinoff and a song she wrote
' "herself, “If I Could Start My
Whole Life Over” which she sang

Linda claims music is just a-
bout her whole life, and says
she’s pretty forgetful of other
things. She really became flus

els, were held Friday morning at
11 o'clock from National Ceme

Mr. Revels died of can/cer No
vember 16th at his home at Ar-
lowdiead Beach followiing six

A large variety of bazaar items
are being completed this week
and the final touches made on
handmade gift suggestions for the
holiday shopper.

Christmas tree ornaments, yard

for shopping bags, Christmas can

a large crowd will eat dinner at
