Dash celery salt

t teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
Melt butter in sauce pan; add
onion and celery. Saute for five
minutes (do not brown). Adi
flour and mix until flour is well
blended with butter. Add hot
chicken broth and cook for 30
minutes. Remove from heat,
strain broth. Stir the peanut but
ter, celery salt, salt and lemon
.juice into the strained broth.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts on soup
just before serving.
PEANUT BUTTER FONDUE
1 cup creamy peanut butter
HOT CHOCO-N'UT
’■1 cugLOTcam-style peanut butter

Dash Of salt
1 quart milk
Sweetened whipped cream,
if desired.
Mix peanut butter, chocolate
syrup, and salt togetlier in sauce
