The Cleveland County delegates are among 1,200 4-H members, leaders and Extension Agents par ticipating In the annual four-day program. The Congress began Monday with registration on the North Carolina State University campus where delegates will reside. Most activities are scheduled for the W. Kerr Scott BuUdlng at the State Fairgroimds. The program consists of recreation, discussions, competition, election of State officers and a lot of fellowship.
