A program on the National 4-H Congress was presented by Chuck Keller, lere National Winner of the 4-H Automotive Project. Lome Withrow, Ram- seur 4-H Club was named winner of the First Plae Fair trophy, the secoao place trophy went to Oejr* Oaveny of the Olxon 4^ Chib. "IDareTou" awards tor outstanding leadership went to Loma Withrow and Jeff Prescott, Dixon 4-H Club. Achievement Medals were presented to Janet Hart, Balling brings Sr. 4> H Club: Loma Withrow and Eric Withrow, Ram* seur 4-H Club, Jeffary Cooper, Number Three Club, Chuck Keller, Mf Prescott and Oaye Caveny, Dixon 4-H Club.
