Hie PSB le an Instrument that detects, measures and geaphlcally displays certain stress-related components of the human voice. The PSB has advantages over similar Instmmentatlon. First is Its simplicity. It has few moving parts and la relatively easy to learn to operate. Second, the PSB does not have to be used at the time of the Interview or Interrogation. A tape recorder la used to make a per- ihanent record of the interview, and later the tape la fed into the PSB and the voice reactions are recorded on a chart. The Instrument haa multiple uses: pre-emoloyment screening, psychoteraphy, determining theft, employe morale, efficiency or criminal activities. Doctors, lawyera, criminologists, law en forcement officials, and varied commercial organlsatlona use the PSB. McKinney and Mobley attended a two-week licensing and certification school for the PSB In January at Springfield, Va. He has served as pastor, superintendent of missions, secretary of the Cooperative Program and Church Finance Depart ment, and director of the Stewardship Dlvlalon In Texas. In 1860 Dr. Ray was selected Texas Baptist “Father of the Year” with recognition for providing a “new way of life" for daughter Susan, a victim of polio.
