County Fair Stock Shares Now On Sale
The Cleveland County
Fair Board of directors at
a meeting held May B
authorized the offering
for sale of up to five hun
dred (600) Shsu'es of stock
In the Cleveland County
Fair at ($100.00) one hun
dred dollars per share.
There hasn’t been any
new stock sold since the
beginning of the fair In
1024. "The Board feels
there Is a new generation
of people who would like to
have an opportunity to buy
stock in the Cleveland
County Fair to help pro
mote agriculture, Indus
try, commerce, education
tmd many other activities
for the Cleveland County
folks,” said a spokesman.
The funds arrived from
the sale of shares In the
Cleveland County Fair will
be spent on capital Im
provements, mainly for a
new Exhibit Building. The
present Elxhlblt Building
has become more crowded
every year. The Exhibit
Building now houses
education, 4-H Home
Demonstration, farm
exhibits and all other
exhibits, along with
Commercial Booths.

our County has changed a

years, mainly from an
agricultural county to a
more diversified county,
and other things should be
shown along with our great
agricultural program,”
