Surviving are hla wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Wiggins Foy; four brothers. Matt Foy, Archie Foy, Walter Foy and Clyde Foy, all of Gastonia; and two sisters, Mrs. Floyd Hun ter and Mrs. Grant Queen, both of Gastonia. CONNER Funend services for Mrs. Mary Ethel Conner, 88 of 941, Grace St, who died Sunday In Kings Mountain Hospital, were con ducted Tuesday at 4 p. m. from Kings Moun tain Baptist Church of which she was a member. Rev. J. C. Gtoare, Rev. MltcheU Pruitt and Rev. Kelly Dixon officiated at the rites and Interment was In Mountain Rest Cemetery. Mrs. Conner died following Illness of several months. She was daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Alexender Davis and widow of Max Lee Conner. Surviving are her son, Yates Conner of Shelby; a stepson, Rochel Conner of Kings Mountain; a step daughter, Mrs. Sam Dover of GiMtonla; seven grandchildren and one great - grand child. Memorials may be made to the Heiut As sociation of Kings Mountain Baptist Church. PAULC. PETERSON Paul C. Peterson, stepfather of the late Harold R. Hunnlcutt of Kings Mountain, died Monday night at Blair Nursing Home In Augusta, Ga. after several week’s Illness. He was husband of the late Lucy Conder Peterson and a veteran of World War II service. Surviving are his daughter, Mrs. Dixie Hunnlcutt Cutter of Macon, Ga. five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Graveside services were held Wednesday at 2 p. m. from Mountain Rest Cemetery with Rev. Gary Wesuit of- flclaiing.
